Composition: 100% shiitake mushrooms
Storage conditions: tightly and dry. It is suitable for consumption two years after drying and grinding, but from our experience we recommend consuming it sooner while the aroma and taste are the most intense.
Preparation and use: The powder is made from dried shiitake from our farm, in addition to other ingredients. The powder can be used as a spice, added to soups, stews, sprinkled on sandwiches, used to prepare meat, vegetables, etc. Just add a teaspoon to your favorite everyday dishes and they will be immediately enriched with valuable substances and delicate taste.
