Terms of delivery and return of goods
Fresh mushrooms are delivered in the shortest possible time after cutting.
The standard delivery time for ordered products is up to 7-10 calendar days from the order. The term depends on the natural conditions of mushroom growth.
You will always be informed directly about late delivery.
Methods of delivery and collection
We deliver the ordered products throughout Lithuania, and for your convenience, we offer the following different methods
1. Delivery to the LP Express post office of your choice.
2. Bus shipments.
3. Home delivery by courier.
IMPORTANT:When choosing delivery of products by post office, you will be able to choose the address of the LP Express post office only after making the payment.
If you choose delivery by post machine/bus parcels:you will be informed about the delivered parcel by SMS. The message will indicate the storage term of the shipment. If the parcel is not collected within the specified period, the money is not returned.
If you choose delivery by courier:We will send you a tracking code after the courier collects the packages from us. Couriers usually deliver the package within 1-2 days, usually the next day after dispatch. On the day of delivery you undertake to be available/-
a at the specified phone number and specified address. Money for uncollected shipment is not refunded.
Product return conditions:
According to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, food products purchased online cannot be returned. However, if the product arrived with poor quality, take a photo of it, send the photo along with your name and date of order to ukis.dzukis@gmail.com . We will refund your money or send you a new product.
